PowerCam is a little bit like the popular paid-for app Hipstamatic in that instead of filters being applied to already existing photographs, you need to shoot through the app with a filter switched on.
As this is free, the effects are more limited, but there is still some fun to be had with the likes of Retro, Posterize, and Cross Pro.
You can also make collages if you want to combine a few images.
Upgrade to the paid-for version if you want more effects and filters, and the ability to edit post-capture.
